Alexandra Breathwork, grounded in color, is committed to offering intentional, thoughtfully held experiences. Because offerings often involve preparation, limited capacity, and closed containers, the following refund policy applies.

Workshops & Group Offerings

For workshops, group sessions, and closed spaces (including Held):

All registrations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
If you are unable to attend, your spot may be:
- Transferred to a future session at our discretion, or
- Converted to a donation to support ongoing offerings

Because some groups are closed or capacity-limited, missed sessions cannot always be rescheduled.

Donations

All donations are non-refundable.

1:1 Sessions

For private 1:1 breathwork sessions:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled one time
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, are non-refundable

Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency at our discretion.

Event Cancellations by Alexandra Breathwork

If an event or session is canceled by Alexandra Breathwork, grounded in color, participants will be offered:

A full refund or
The option to transfer their registration to a future offering

Energetic & Personal Readiness

Breathwork is a personal and body-based practice. Choosing not to participate, leaving early, or deciding a session is not the right fit does not qualify for a refund. Participation is always invitational and choice-based.
