You understand that breathwork may bring up physical sensations or emotions

f you have a medical condition, mental health diagnosis, or are pregnant, you are encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.

Alexandra Breathwork or Grounded in Color is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation.

Closed & Group Spaces

Some offerings, including Held, are closed or defined group spaces. While respect and confidentiality are strongly encouraged, confidentiality in group settings cannot be guaranteed.

Participants agree to:

Respect the privacy and experiences of others
Not record or distribute session content without permission
Engage in a manner that supports safety and mutual respect

Alexandra Breathwork or Grounded in Color reserves the right to remove participants who compromise the integrity or safety of the space.

Payments, Donations & Refunds

Payments and donations are processed through third-party platforms. Alexandra Breathwork or Grounded in Color does not store or control payment information.

Unless otherwise stated:

All purchases are final
Donations are non-refundable
Missed sessions are not guaranteed to be rescheduled

Any exceptions will be clearly communicated in advance.
