Private, Group & Virtual Breathwork Sessions

Breathwork is a gentle, powerful tool to reconnect with your body and support your nervous system. Offering one-on-one and group sessions designed with care, consent, and your specific needs in mind.
All sessions are available virtually or in person.
1:1 Private Sessions
Each private session begins with a 30-minute intake and breath assessment.
This helps us understand what your body needs and how breathwork can support you right now, whether you’re working with trauma, stress, grief, or chronic tension. Sessions are always paced gently and tailored to your lived experience.

Great for:
• Trauma recovery
• Nervous system regulation
• Emotional release
• Grief, anxiety, or burnout
• Feeling safe in your body again

Breathing Techniques Used
Alex uses a trauma-informed blend of breath practices including:

Breathwork
A guided sequence of intentional breathing to support emotional release, stress reduction, and nervous system reset. Alex’s sessions follow a “mountain climb” style: gentle activation, peak, and recovery while all at your pace. Often paired with music, sound healing, and grounding practices.

Pranayama
Rooted in yogic tradition, these breath control techniques help center the mind, regulate the body, and connect with prana (life force). Often used before meditation or as part of yoga movement. May include mudras (hand gestures) and gentle breath holds.
Every body is welcome here.
Whether you're navigating trauma, exhaustion, grief, or simply looking to reconnect with your breath, there is space for you in this practice. Learn About HELD, a bi-monthly virtual circle.
