Alex is a breathwork facilitator, MSW student, and trauma informed space holder. Her journey into wellness deepened over five years ago after completing a 200 hour yoga teacher training. It was during a guided breath meditation that she first experienced waves of color through her body. That moment opened her to the stories her body had been holding all along. Since then, Alex has explored the connection between breath, body, and healing through Ashtanga yoga, pranayama, sound, and nervous system education. Her work is deeply rooted in personal experience with complex trauma, grief, and relational pain. She shares the tools that gently helped her return to herself.

For Alex, mindfulness is not a performance or a quick fix. It is a sacred return. A daily remembering. A way to move from survival into soft presence, one breath at a time. She offers breath work and nervous system support in a way that honors each person’s pace, language, and lived experience. Her approach centers care, consent, and community. Her work is especially devoted to survivors, sensitives, and those navigating systems that have never felt safe. In every session and circle, Alex invites people to feel what they need to feel without pressure to change, fix, or explain. All of you is welcome here.
